1.Where is my order?

If you place your order before 12pm (GMT) Monday to Thursday, we will dispatch your order via Royal Mail the same day.

Any orders placed after 12pm GMT on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched via Royal Mail the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment centres, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a link to your Royal Mail tracking number, which you can track here. Tracking links can take up to 24 hours to activate. If you don't see our email in your main inbox, we recommend checking your spam/junk folder.

2.How do I track my order?

simple! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a Royal Mail tracking link via email which will take you directly to the tracking page.

3.Do you ship outside of the FR?

Yes, we ship throughout Europe.

4.Do you deliver on weekends?

We're now offering weekend delivery so you can have your tech delivered to you on Saturday.

If you place your order before 12pm GMT on Friday we will ensure your order is shipped the same day.

We provide all customers with a tracking number link via email to keep an eye on your delivery.

If the carrier is unable to deliver your order, they will leave a calling card with more information. Typically, your order will be returned to your warehouse, or returned to us so that we can reship the order to you.
